She has extensive experience in the social security area, assisting both individuals (planning and administrative and judicial litigation within the scope of the General Regime and Private Regimes) and legal entities (consultancy involving social security matters that are directly or indirectly related to employee leaves of absence and other implications for employment contracts, as well as accident benefits and their impact on the Accident Prevention Factor – FAP).
